What this website collects, what it does not, and how to opt out.
This page describes what happens technically when you visit this website. It was written from the actual requests the site makes, not from a template.
The contact form
There is one form on this site, on the contact page. It asks for your name and phone number, and optionally your email address, your city, the service you need and a message. Nothing else is collected by it, and none of the fields are pre-filled from anywhere.
When you submit it, what you typed is emailed to the business and a copy is stored on this website’s server, outside the public folder, so a message is not lost if the email fails. That copy also records the time you sent it and the IP address it came from, which is used only to stop automated abuse. Copies are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted automatically.
The form is not connected to any advertising or marketing system. What you send is used to answer you and nothing else. To have a message deleted sooner, telephone (916) 244-3934 and ask.
You never have to use the form. The phone is the fastest route and, for a lockout, the only sensible one.
What happens when you call
Calling connects you directly to the business by ordinary telephone. The website is not involved in the call and does not record it. Whatever you tell the person who answers is held by the business, not by this site.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are read. It records the pages viewed, roughly where in the world the visit came from, the type of device and browser, and whether a telephone link was tapped. It does not record your name, your number, or what you say on a call.
Analytics uses cookies. You can refuse them using the banner shown on your first visit, or change your mind at any time with the button below. Refusing analytics does not affect anything else on the site.
Advertising
This site runs no advertising and no remarketing. Advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation are set to denied for every visitor, everywhere, and are never switched on.
The service-area map
Pages with a map load the Leaflet mapping library from unpkg.com and map images from OpenStreetMap. Loading them means those services receive your IP address and browser details, as happens with any image loaded from another site. The map does not request your location, and the site does not ask your browser for it. Pages without a map load neither.
The network in front of this site (Cloudflare)
This website is delivered through Cloudflare, which sits between your browser and the server. That means Cloudflare handles your request and sees your IP address before we do.
Cloudflare adds two things to pages that we do not control from the website itself. The first is a small analytics script that measures page performance. The second is error reporting: if your browser has trouble loading a page, it may send a report about that failure to Cloudflare. Both are Cloudflare services rather than advertising tools, and neither is used to build a profile of you or to follow you to other sites.
How we measure which pages help
If — and only if — you press Accept analytics on the cookie notice, this site records a few anonymous things about how the page was used: that a page was viewed, whether you stayed about half a minute, whether you scrolled most of the way down, and whether you tapped a phone link or a link to the contact page.
It records the page address and the time, and nothing else. There is no cookie, no identifier, no name, and nothing that points back to you. It is stored on this website’s own server and is not sent to an advertising company. If you press Decline, or simply ignore the notice, none of it runs at all.
What this site does not do

- It has no login, no account and no stored profile.
California residents
California law gives residents rights over personal information, including the right to know what is collected and to opt out of its sale or sharing. This site does not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front. To refuse analytics cookies, use the button above. Visitors from Europe and the UK
