How we work
You get an estimate on the phone before anyone is dispatched. We do not publish a flat rate, because one figure cannot honestly describe both a three-lock rekey and an all-keys-lost car key replacement. We do not promise a response time either, because traffic and time of day decide that, not marketing copy.
Proof of ownership
You will be asked for identification and evidence that the property or vehicle is yours before any lock is opened. This is not negotiable, and a locksmith who does not ask is one you should not use.
